We signed a year lease today on our new apartment. It is what they call a "3 family house" its a 3 story home and each level is an apartment. We will get a garage too and we'll be on the 3rd floor. Its a 3 bedroom with 1 bathroom and has a sundeck. I took a few quick pics when we went to sign the lease. This house actually burned down last summer and the owner has rebuilt it so its new from the foundation up. They are still doing some finishing touches so we won't be able to move in until this weekend. All of these types of apartments are usually really old buildings so we're very lucky to have found one that is so new and for the same price as the old.
This is the kitchen.
Master bedroom with built in desk.
This is our family room. These are real wood floors too!
This is the kitchen looking into our laundry room. The washer and dryer should be installed in the next few days.
This is the bathroom. Only one and a bit small but we can work with it.

YAY it looks great. That was fast. When you mentioned you might get the 1st or 3rd floor I was hoping you would get the 3rd. Hate having people above me!
