Day 6

Today we drove from Rochester, Minnesota to Chicago. The drive went great, until we decided to head downtown. The traffic was horrible. It took us 90 minutes to drive about 30 miles. However, when we got there, it was worth it. Our first stop was Willis Tower (formerly known as Sears Tower). It's tall.

This is looking east from the top of the tower. That's Lake Michigan (It looked more like an ocean).

This is looking northeast.

This is looking north.

Callie and me sitting on an overhang. It's quite freaky. We are actually sitting on a clear glass platform.

Amy and Leif's turn.

Here is Willis Tower and all her glory. Did you know it costs money to go up to the viewing deck? We were not prepared to dish out $50, but I guess it was worth it.

For dinner we headed to a pizza joint called Gino's East. Amy got the idea from an episode of Man vs. Food. It was delicious. We got the cheese and sausage deep dish pizza. Yummy!!!

Tomorrow we head for Cleveland. What's in Cleveland? I guess we'll find out.
